History of Computers, Internet, World Wide Web (ITU videos)

ITU (International Telecommunication Union) traces its history to 1865 when the International Telegraph Union was founded. In 1947 the ITU, under an agreement with the newly created United Nations, became the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies – ICTs. The ITU Plenipotentiary Conference, is being held in Busan, Republic of Korea, from 20 October - 7 November 2014. More information at expvc.com: ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2014.
