#Tencent and #JD.com announced on Mon that they will invest an aggregate of $863mln in cash in Chinese online discount retailer #Vipshop, making their holdings to 7% and 5.5% respectively. The price represents 55% premium over closing price of Vipshop's ADSs as of last Friday.
