UK's Capita CPI Shares Collapse: BPM & Outsourcing Solutions (video)

Capita shares plunge on profit warning

Financial Times (ft.com) video published Jan 31, 2018: The outsourcing group Capita provided the latest shock from the UK sector by launching a £700m rights issue*, suspending its dividend and warning its 2018 profits would fall far below market expectations. CPI shares collapsed Wednesday on the London Stock Exchange:

*"rights issue"--an issue of shares offered at a special price by a company to its existing shareholders in proportion to their holding of old shares.
Company profile: "Capita is a UK leader in technology-enabled business process management [BPM] and outsourcing solutions."
